* The villa and apartments can be booked together for parties of 4-6 persons, whilst still retaining your own privacy. Request our special rates for combinations and longer stays. AC will be charged extra 5 USD/day.
** The rental car will be delivered to the Lodge (min 3 days rental). Local driving licence (12 US$) is necessary.
*** Rates will increase according to the respective prices on the island. For a 50 minute airport transfer we charge the local taxi rate. For more than four guests we will send our driver Mr. Japal with the bus. Our taxi service can pick you up anywhere on the island.

Payment:

We prefer traveler cheques in US$ or cash in Euro, US$, CAN$, GBP EC$ or payment by VISA or MasterCard (exchange rate 1 US$ = 2.76 EC$, we charge 2 % credit-card-fee). The balance of your holiday costs is paid on departure.

You can also draw money with your VISA or EC card and or Cirrus Code from the ATM cash dispenser in all branch banks and drive-up banking facilities. For your valuables we provide safes at each guestroom, TwoBays Villa and apartments.
If desired we will exchange your currency for initial EC$ (XCD), at the current bank exchange rate.

Deposit and Cancellation condition:

Your credit card will be debited with a 30% non refundable deposit at the time of booking – and you can pay the balance after arrival.

If you don’t have a Credit card or prefer a bank transfer – we will ask 30% at the time of booking and a second deposit of 50% 21 days before arrival – if your booking is within 3 weeks before arrival we will ask for 80% deposit of the accommodation costs.

Cancellations made before 21 days of arrival date – we keep the 30% deposit – cancellations within between 7-21 days of arrival date will be subject to a charge of 60% of the total cost of your stay and cancellations within 7 days of arrival date will be subject to a charge of 80% of the total cost of your stay (charging your credit card).
But if we can rent out the rooms to other clients - so that we have less loss – we will pay back part of the deposit depending how many days we can rent out your reserved rooms.

Late arrival, early departures and no shows will be charged in full.

Cancellations for our Two Bay Villa and Studios: Cancellations made before 45 days of arrival date – we keep the 30% deposit - cancellations within 45 days of travel - 100% loss of booking cost.

WLAN Internet, taxi service, tailor made tours, snorkeling, diving trips, nature walks, cook-ups on the beach...

Room descriptions and details:

All our rooms are cooled by the trade winds, with a fantastic sea view. They are equipped with mains electricity adapters, mosquito net and hairdryer. Our chambermaid cleans the room daily and changes bed sheets and towels every 3rd day.

We offer a laundry service for long stay guests. You will find beach towels, beach chairs and hammocks for relaxing. Our beach is suitable and safe for children to swim because our offshore reef calms the sea in our two bays.

Large family ocean flat: 2 double bedrooms + 1 large lounge, kitchen, WC, shower / endless view over the wide expanse of the ocean. (for 4 persons – up to 2 additional beds possible)

Two Bays Villa: With swimming-pool, large sitting/dining room and double bedroom with king-size bed / AC and ceiling fans. Both rooms share wide folding doors opening out onto a combined 50 foot of private shaded deck with wonderful views over the garden to ocean bay and beach. Fully equipped kitchen, shower/ WC, chairs and dining table and swing seat on deck/ ceiling fan/ room safe.
The villa can be combined with one or two apartments to take 4-6 persons and would be ideal for a family or group of friends. The villa can be connected individually or jointly to either one or both apartment’s trough internal doors to the twin bedded apartment, which is ideal for younger children, and onto the side deck for the double bedded apartment. All connecting twin doors are lockable for individual privacy if not sharing the accommodation with family or friends.

Two Bays Beachside Studio: Queen-size bed / with AC and ceiling fans, kitchenette, shower room/ WC/ room safe. The bed/sitting room has wide folding doors opening out onto a private shaded deck with wonderful views over the garden to the beach. There are private internal lockable interconnecting twin doors to the Villa. The garden is shared with the Villa. The apartment can be combined with the double bedded villa to take 4 persons and would be ideal for a family.

Two Bays Bayside Studio: with queen-size double bed / with AC and ceiling fans, kitchenette, shower room/ WC/ room safe. The bed/sitting room has wide folding doors opening out onto a 19 foot long private shaded deck with wonderful views over the bay and ocean. There is a lockable doors leading onto the side deck of the Villa. The garden is shared with the Villa. The apartment can be combined with the double bedded villa to take 4 persons and would be ideal for a family.

No charge for children under 12 years, if they stay in a Superior room with two adults. We are offering discounts on children's meals. Please let us know if you need a cot for your baby. We can also organise a local babysitting service.
